I notice that the owner of this blog has had the same problem as you - http://www.yarnz4knitters.blogspot.com/ and hers is now fixed. Maybe it's worth contacting her?
Which browser are you using? I had trouble a few weeks ago. I use Firefox and blogger didn't have the tool bar so I tried it in Internet Explorer and it worked but I'm back with Firefox again.
